<p>Californians were going to be paid in a scrip that banks might not even accept. California&#8217;s <em>Courage Campaign</em> felt taxpayers should know that Gov. Schwarzenegger was responsible.</p>



<p>These were distributed as high-resolution PDF files on the <em>Courage Campaign</em> website. </p>
